I really like the Jaws edition mag holders for my doublestack mags. Decent tension, easy to add or remove from belt & versatile with ability to place anywhere on your person.
The Jaws edition however was not any good for single stack 1911 mags- way too loose.
Also be nice if the holsters were another 1/2" deeper .
Jaws works great, holds tight, and magazine is easily accessible, great product

I highly recommend this product. I use it everyday. My edc is a S & W bodyguard 2.0 and it works perfectly for a stack and a half .380

Simple installation, restored the grip on my mag holders
While the jaws band are stronger, it doesn't retain my glock double stack mag, when fully loaded, and shaken upside down. Not a huge issue because it does retain it better while upright. The bigger issue I have is that it's scraping the coating off of my double stack magazines. It's not a deal breaker and can be expected with more pressure from the new band, but perhaps some sort of material (felt maybe) could make seating the magazine a little smoother and less abrasive. Overall, the band does what it's intended to do, which is add additional pressure/retention.
This replacement band for the Pitbull Universal Carrier is a lot thicker and have resistance that will keep your magazine a lot more secure. Very happy I made this purchase.
As open package you can see the difference. Put them on and you can feel the extra grip as you slide in a magazine. I was good with the old ones but these are better. I will be ordering more and showing them to others with pit bull mag holders.
Replaced all 4 of my bands with the new JAW line of band. They seem to have a better and tighter fit then my old ones. Like the way they look and fit.
The original rubber is fine with most double stack, but any single stack will slip off too easily. I'm glad you found the solution, less happy that I had to pay extra, but overall great value.
The new Jaws Bands are great. My original one was very worn after four years of use. Thanks, Pitbull.
I like the product alot and it makes access to extra mags under concealed carry situations very easy.
I am very happy I pre-ordered these beefy replacement bands. I got four of these and used two of them on my old carriers. These bands make the retention of the mags many times stronger; I can feel how much more grip there is on the mags. I will be making more orders to replace all the bands on my other carriers. I hope to see more color options, especially green.
Awesome mag holders I use them for IDPA and they hold up beautifully ..It will hold any type of mags. Love them use a lot

The upgraded band gives the mag holder a lot more retention! The difference between the original band and the upgraded band is like night and day!

The JAWS are great! They will keep your mags where they are supposed to stay.
For the slightly larger all-metal mags, the original bands were ok, but with sudden movements, I would drop a mag on occasion. With the Jaws Bands, zero issues. hold tight all day long. Great mag carriers before. Absolutely awesome now.
Best mag carrier for my Sig p320 in .45ACP. Jaws band help the mag stay in place a lot better than the regular mag band.

I really like em and they are holding up very tight during range time. They really are great edc. That�s what I got em for. Slim n perfect. Hold double and single stack perfect n tight

The jaws bands work much better than the original bands will all types of magazines. Much better retention
It's better then the original, but a loaded 15 round 9mm magazine will still fall out. I had to go back to my old magazine pouch with snap that will NOT allow a mazine to drop out. Thank you Ralph
