How to File a Warranty Claim

Confirm Eligibility

You must be the original purchaser of the product. The product must be purchased from Pitbull Tactical USA or an authorized dealer. The issue must relate to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Prepare Required Information

Before submitting your claim, gather the following:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • A completed Warranty Return Form. (Hyperlink)

Prepare Your Product for Return

Ensure the product is unloaded and free of any ammunition or magazines. Package the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Use a trackable shipping method (recommended). Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Pitbull Tactical

Warranty Evaluation Process

Returned products will be inspected to determine warranty eligibility. If approved, Pitbull Tactical may: 

  • Repair the product
  • Replace it with the same or comparable product
  • Issue store credit or provide another comparable resolution

Important Notes

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Misuse, abuse, modifications, or improper installation.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Approved Claims

Warranty return shipping for repaired or replaced items will be covered for U.S. customers if the claim is approved.
