HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Remove your gun magazine and pack your empty Pitbull Tactical mag carrier securely in a box to prevent damage during shipping.
  2. Print, fill out the form on this page and enclose the form inside the package along with your mag carrier.
  3. Ship the package to the following address:

  4. Use your preferred shipping method with tracking for monitoring the transit (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
  5. Notify us of the shipment and provide tracking information via email at sales@pitbulltacticalusa.com.
  6. Allow us 2-4 weeks for processing and inspection of your warranty return.
  7. We will contact you if we need any additional information.
